Julie brings more than four decades of administration expertise to the Real Estate industry, having begun her career as a Sales Administrator over 40 years ago. Her strong operational skills led her into a Corporate Office role as a Computer Systems Coordinator, where she worked closely with both company-owned and franchise offices. In this position, she installed, trained, and supported teams in the use of company reporting and accounting software, becoming a trusted go‑to for systems knowledge and process improvement.

After stepping back from Real Estate to raise her family of three sons — along with two dogs and a very busy household — Julie continued to apply her administrative and accounting strengths to her husband’s business. She also dedicated countless volunteer hours to school and sporting communities, taking on a variety of administration and bookkeeping roles.

Julie later returned to the workforce in a range of Accounting and Administration positions, ultimately finding her way back to the industry she knows best. For the past 12 years Julie has been the Accounts and Payroll Manager at REMAX Victory, Julie takes pride in streamlining processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
